Great Fun, great music, great exercise sessions. The children of all ages learned so much about the body and how it works, talking about muscles, bones and nutrition in a fun interactive way.

The children absolutely loved these sessions learning about healthy foods and being taught the essentials of drinking water when exercising. The instructor kept all the children stimulated and interacted perfectly.
